At Capverse, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Period
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.
- Product must not be intentionally damaged or altered.
Free Returns
We proudly provide free returns worldwide. If your return qualifies, we will provide return instructions at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products intentionally damaged after delivery
- Lost items caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Items returned without prior authorization
